A Ridgewood High School graduate, Kaitlin started her career leasing luxury apartments in SoHo and the East Village. Today, she brings that experience and her Bergen County roots to buyers and sellers at every stage of their move.

Sue grew up in the real estate business and built The Sue Adler Team around a personal, hands-on approach to client service. She works closely with the team on the decisions that shape a successful move, bringing experienced guidance and a commitment to helping clients understand their options.
CEO & Managing Partner
Scott began his real estate career at 18 and joined The Sue Adler Team as an intern before becoming a partner. A University of Tampa entrepreneurship graduate, he leads the processes, marketing, and client-service strategies that support the team. His focus is practical: solve problems, keep improving, and help every client move forward with a clear plan.
Kaitlin’s Transaction Coordinator
Rich works alongside Kaitlin to keep the details organized from an accepted offer through closing. He tracks key deadlines and coordinates communication among clients, agents, attorneys, and the other professionals involved. His calm, attentive approach helps clients understand what comes next throughout the transaction.
Listing Success Manager
Sophie supports sellers and their listing agent through the preparation and launch of a home. She coordinates the details, anticipates next steps, and helps keep the listing process on schedule. Organized and approachable, she gives sellers a dedicated point of support as their home comes to market.
